I rang in 2019 from beautiful Cabo San Lucas, Mexico!
Just a two-hour direct flight from Phoenix, Cabo is one of our most frequently visited places and a favorite haunt when we need to recharge and take in some vitamin sea. On this trip, I met up with the amazing folks at Cabo Sails to learn about their 100% eco-friendly sailboat, Espiritu Santi - the only of its' kind in Cabo.

Views from one of the most popular scenic hikes in Honolulu. In Hawai'i there are literally dozens - if not hundreds - of gorgeous hikes to choose from and Diamondhead on Waikiki is one of the most famous. I was super excited to get to see it for myself and while it was sweaty, a bit crowded and a little slippery, the views from the top were worth it.

was the UTV Tour worth the money?
We really enjoyed it and our guide was super knowledgeable about the area. If you're into off roading you might find it a little tame but there are some great curves on the track and everyone we say coming back had big smiles on their faces.

Okay, why have I never thought to use my air fryer for veggies.....that is a great idea. For some reason I only think it's for potatoes and tofu, lol. Thank you, great video!
Chana Nurridin it's so fast and easy in the air fryer! And I love that I don't have to add any extra calories or oil.

Thank you! Taxis are super easy. Your hotel will call one for you and when you're in town there is generally a queue of them waiting around the town square to pick up passengers. The water was beautiful, but our resort was not on a swimmable beach. If you want to swim there are other beaches in the area that are easy to get to. Ask your concierge for recommendations.

@@florecitadelcampo13 the area right off shore is rocky and the water can get a bit rough so they discourage swimming. You can swim in Cabo off Medano Beach.
